If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within two hours of delivery. Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that this doesn’t cover minor damages or if the blemishes apply only to a few blooms in a bunch.
The purchase will be picked up free-of-charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. You are not entitled to any refund after 2 hours of delivery.
If items purchased are not per your order or are damaged when you receive them, we will gladly handle all collection and shipments straight from your doorstep.
You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by visiting the Order section in Your Account.
You will not be charged for any items or orders that are canceled before shipping. After shipping or delivery, the refund policy will be enforced.
